It’s very easy to apply these shadows for the perfect look and to apply dry: Use your favorite eyeshadow brush to pick up your chosen shade. Tap off excess color on the back of the hand before applying to the eyelid. To apply wet: Dip a synthetic eyeshadow brush into water and wipe off excess, then pick up your chosen shade. Keep the brush flat and draw it across the pan 2-3 times to pick up the color. Desaturate on back of hand, then apply to eyelid.
